My name is Nigel Longley and I am an athlete from Waterdown, Ontario (Canada). I am trying to raise CAD 5000, so that I can continue pursuing my passion, Karting, and participate in the 2024 Grand Nationals 8 - Cup Karts North America Race in New Castle, IN, USA in October 2024 and Spring 2025 Nationals at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

About Nigel Longley

Nigel is a promising young karting talent from Waterdown, Ontario, Canada, began his athletic career as a successful Rep Goalie for the Flamborough Sabres and Hamilton Bulldogs hockey teams. However, his true passion led him to the thrilling world of karting. Competing with Hamilton's Prime Powerteam—one of Canada’s premier national karting teams—Nigel has swiftly established himself as a formidable competitor, securing multiple podium finishes and earning widespread attention from motorsports enthusiasts nationwide. In 2023, and only his second year of Karting, Nigel was the recipient of the Birel Art Karting Scholarship and in 2024, Nigel was selected as one of three Canadian youth karting prospects to join the esteemed Journie Driving Academy. Through this program, he benefits from mentorship opportunities with Chip Ganassi Racing’s No. 4 Journie Rewards INDYCAR team, and his talent has been showcased at high-profile events like the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy in Toronto.
