Story
Hi! My name is Daniel Amundsen, I’m 18 years old and from Skjold, Norway. I’ve been training martial arts since I was 9 years old, and today I’m fully committed to becoming one of the best in the world in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
My journey started with Japanese jiu-jitsu, where I earned my blue belt. At the age of 15, I transitioned into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of my coach, Tommy Langåker. Since then, I’ve trained and competed intensely – both nationally and internationally.
I currently hold a blue belt in BJJ and have competed in several major tournaments, including the European and World Championships, earning gold, silver, and bronze medals along the way.
This year, my goal is clear: to win the World Championship.
To prepare, I’ll be traveling to Los Angeles three weeks ahead of the tournament to train with some of the world’s best athletes. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to level up – but it comes with high travel, training, and accommodation costs.
That’s why I’m reaching out for your support.
Every contribution, big or small, will bring me one step closer to my dream. You’re not just supporting one trip – you’re becoming part of the journey toward a world title.
Thank you so much for believing in me and being part of this adventure!
– Daniel
